Marera Properties’ portfolio includes landmark buildings in Belgrade, Novi Sad, and Niš, spanning key segments of the commercial real estate market. To date, we have revitalized over 100,000 m² of office space in the very heart of Belgrade.

The comprehensive reconstruction of these buildings has enabled us to achieve high standards of sustainable construction, implement principles of energy efficiency and CO₂ emissions reduction, preserve historical value, and receive prestigious awards for reconstruction projects at prime city addresses — ultimately creating added value for the community.
